Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between Dekopratik (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") regarding the purchase of goods and/or services by the Buyer through Dekopratik’s website in an online environment.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the purchase of products or services made by the Buyer through Politano's website.

3. Order and Sale

The Buyer selects the products or services on the website and creates an order. Once the Seller confirms this order, the agreement becomes valid. The distance sales contract shall come into force when the order is delivered to the Buyer.

5. Payment Method

The Buyer shall pay the price of the purchased product or service via [credit card/bank transfer/cash on delivery, etc.]. Payment must be made before the order is confirmed.

6. Delivery and Delivery Method

The Seller shall ship the Buyer’s order within 3 business days to the address specified by the Buyer.
The Buyer must check the product during delivery. The Seller is not responsible for any damages occurring after the delivery.

7. Return and Exchange Conditions

The Buyer may request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Detailed conditions for return and exchange are explained under the [Return and Exchange Conditions] section.

8. Consumer Rights

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer may exercise their rights regarding the purchased product or service. The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

9. Obligation of Information

The Seller provides all necessary information to the Buyer before the agreement, and the contract begins with the Buyer’s approval. The contract becomes valid upon the Buyer’s confirmation of the order.

10. Termination of the Agreement

If either party violates the terms of the agreement, the contract may be terminated. The Seller may unilaterally terminate the contract in case the Buyer fails to make payment or comply with the contract terms.

11. Legal Disputes

Any disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute, the courts where the Buyer resides shall have jurisdiction.

12. Confirmation of the Agreement

By electronically approving this agreement, the Buyer declares that they accept its provisions. When the Buyer completes a purchase, they are deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
